I have 10 years of coaching experience with in person clients ranging from group fitness classes (Foundational Strength, Circuit Training, Women’s Strength Training,Boot Camp & HIIT) to one on one clients (Strength Training & Conditioning, Pregnancy & Postpartum, Lifestyle Nutrition & Bodybuilding).
