Hi, I’m Becca, and I’m so glad you’re here! I’m a Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach and CrossFit Level 1 Coach with over 10 years of experience in the fitness industry. I’m also a wife, a mom of 3 (in 3 years), and someone who loves the Lord deeply.
My journey into motherhood showed me firsthand how challenging and rewarding pregnancy and postpartum can be for the body, the mind, and even the spirit. I realized there’s often a gap in support for women who want to stay strong and healthy during these seasons, without feeling overwhelmed or lost. At Nata Active, I guide women through every stage of pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond. My approach combines functional movement, strength training, and pelvic floor-safe exercises.
