She holds a Master’s Degree in Athletic Training and earned her CSCS certification in 2014, grounding her work in strength training, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and functional movement. As a mother of three who has navigated two pregnancies and abdominal surgery, Catherine understands the physical demands and recovery challenges that come with each stage of motherhood.
Catherine launched Bridge Method LLC in 2026, and her postpartum strength restoration philosophy integrates rehabilitation and athletic performance principles with long-term wellness. Catherine helps clients rebuild strength, confidence, and resilience in a supportive environment designed for motherhood and beyond.
