I’m Dymphy, a personal trainer and holistic coach based in Amsterdam. I have a broad athletic background in CrossFit, HYROX, HIIT, running, powerlifting, and gymnastics, and I’ve been active in the fitness industry since 2014. Since 2017, I’ve specialised in training pregnant and post-partum athletes, helping them train safely, confidently, and sustainably through all stages of motherhood. My coaching blends evidence-based strength training with a practical, human approach to nutrition, recovery, and mindset, always with an eye on long-term progress, consistency, and enjoyment.
