Hi there! I’m Madeline, a certified personal trainer and certified pregnant & postpartum athleticism coach. I work 1:1 with women of all ages at gyms in Johnstown, Longmont, and Frederick/Firestone in Colorado. As a coach, I meet you where you are in terms of your current health and fitness. I help you build confidence by becoming stronger and developing a training program to help you reach your health and fitness goals. My expertise is in lifting weights and running, forms of exercise that I have over 18 years of experience in. In addition to offering 1:1 sessions (that are either 30 or 60 minutes, depending on your preference), I also provide my clients with exercises and programs to do that will support their fitness goals, whether that’s running training for a big race, additional lifting workouts, core exercises to work on, and/or stretches.
