Welcome to Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism

Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism (P&PA) is a trusted, no-nonsense resource for athletes and coaches navigating the experiences of pregnancy and postpartum.

Our programs provide specialized, research driven guidance to support female athletes in pregnancy, postpartum and across their lifespan.

Most advice for pregnant and postpartum athletes is shortsighted, extreme or outdated. You hear things like "do what you've always done" or "don't life more than 20 lbs".

Athleticism does not end when motherhood begins.

Pregnant & Postpartum Athletes are not fragile and they are also not invincible.

HEY THERE!

Athletes want practical and relatable exercise guidance.

Today, thousands of athletes and coaches have used my programs, free resources, and coaching certification to confidently approach fitness during pregnancy and postpartum.

This brand is committed to providing quality, trustworthy coaching to those who want to pursue a lifetime of athleticism.

Pregnancy and postpartum are catalyst seasons for athlete moms, yet so much of the info out there is shortsighted when it comes to understanding the psychology, changing physiology and performance interests of female athletes during these seasons. I experienced all of this myself as a first time mom, lifelong athlete, and career strength & conditioning coach. I was frustrated that by the generic advice and how dismissed I felt as a new mom who still valued being an athlete.

I thought I was informed because I was an experienced athlete and coach, but I absolutely wasn’t.

So much of women’s health, in particular pregnancy and postpartum training considerations, isn’t taught in any undergraduate, graduate or certification programs.

This business changed that for athletes and coaches through our variety of fitness programs, podcast, resources and certification.
That's what we teach by acknowledging the psychological experiences of female athletes during pregnancy and postpartum.

We take into consideration the changes to their core + pelvic health physiology, all while supporting their current and long term performance goals.

We go far beyond exercise modifications and breathing changes to proactively support the whole person through these transformative seasons.
These seasons are not about maintaining, they are about adapting.
